1. YX900T~1600T series of short cycle hot press machine iswidely used in laminating furniture borad, common ones are melamineveneering for MDF and particle board.

 

2. This hot press machine is PLC control, touch screenoperation. Easily set the time andpressure.    

 

3. The semi-automatic hot press machine contains twoconfigurations:D1 includes belt conveyor loader+ hot press machine+roller conveyor unloader; D2 contains belt conveyor loader + hotpress machine + vacuum pad unloader.

 

 

 Applications:

-  Laminating furniture board.

-  The covering materials are melamine paper, veneeretc.

-  The core boards are MDF / HDF / Particle Board.

 ---Qiangtong hot press is widely used in wood processing,buliding decoration and other industries.

 

Features: frame top edge is designed to be round to enhancethe bearing and make the structure stronger.
